What it is

The Edge to Ease™ Nervous System Reset Kit is a set of simple physical tools, each mapped to a specific 90-second practice, with a card deck that tells you which one to reach for. It is built for real workdays: before the meeting, after the hard conversation, during travel, or whenever pressure rises.

The tools sit on a desk or in a bag, so using one never depends on remembering that an app exists.

Where employers put it to work

Three practical ways teams use Edge to Ease.

Recognition

A useful gift employees can use the same day, not another branded object for the drawer.

Onboarding

A practical signal, in the first week, that capacity matters here.

Retreats

A shared reset before the next strategic move, and something everyone takes home.

Questions employers ask

What is the minimum team order?

Team orders start at ten kits. Larger orders begin with a short inquiry, and delivery is approximately three weeks from a paid invoice.

Which budget does this usually come from?

Most often onboarding, recognition, employee gifting, or workplace experience. These are existing budgets with a clear per-person use.

Is this a wellness program or an EAP?

Neither. Edge to Ease is non-clinical and non-diagnostic. It offers practical nervous system support and does not replace an employee assistance program or clinical care.

Can a manager see an employee's individual information?

No. Individual responses stay individual. When employer reporting is included in a program, employers receive aggregate patterns only, never an individual's score or story.

What is the science behind it?

The practices use applied neuroscience and nervous system regulation principles. Each tool is paired with a short protocol designed to interrupt strain and support clearer action.

How long does a reset take?

Ninety seconds. The practices are designed to fit inside real workdays, especially before or after moments of pressure.
